Brittany by the Bay is a modern holiday villa near Roscoff in Britanny. This stylish rental property near the sea boasts jaw-dropping views of Morlaix Bay and easy access to the local sights. The large sea-facing terrace and jacuzzi will add a layer of luxury to your French getaway in Finistère. 
Brittany by the Bay is less than 20km from the ferry port of Roscoff in the Finistère département of Brittany. The sea is just 100 metres from the villa and will form the centrepiece of your stay, as it changes with the skies and tides. Admire the view from inside, through modern wall to wall windows, or outside as you enjoy a peaceful breakfast, leisurely lunch or sundowners at sunset on the terrace.
The ground floor comprises a bright living room with sliding glass doors that look out to the sea. The dining room can seat 10 and opens out directly onto the terrace which also has a table for outdoor meals.
The kitchen is modern and easy to navigate, with everything you need to self-cater during your stay. A games room with generously glazed openings has a table football table and also opens out onto the terrace.
On the first floor are three stylish bedrooms decorated in maritime hues. Two have their own bathroom, all have a glorious view of the bay. There is a separate large bathroom for the third bedroom.
The second floor houses another two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower.
The villa is particularly well-located – 100m from the beach, 2km from a village with restaurants and shops, and 20km from the pretty town of Roscoff, with ferries departing regularly for England and Ireland. There are beautiful coastal walks aplenty, a boat club and golf course nearby, plus many other beaches along Morlaix Bay. We recommend Kélenn beach in Carantec, the Port beach in Locquirec and Roc’h Kroum in Roscoff.
This villa can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 couples or 1 to 2 families. There is space to park a vehicle in the garage.

Carantec: Enjoy sandy coves and views of Callot Island, which can only be accessed at low tide.
Plouezoc'h: this island in the bay is home to an imposing island fortress, Château du Taureau. It was built by the people of Morlaix in the 16th century, to protect the town. Another popular attraction is the Cairn de Barnénez, the oldest Neolithic monument in Europe.
- Roscoff: This historic fishing town is listed as a Petite Cité de Caractère and is one of the jewels in Brittany’s crown. Visit the outstanding botanic gardens with 3,500 species of plants. Roscoff is famous for its onions. Learn about the town’s interesting past at La Maison des Johnnies, a museum that tells how young men (Johnnies) would leave French shores to sell onions in England.
- Batz Island: L’île de Batz under its French name is a beautiful island and a 15-minute boat ride from Roscoff. Visit the Georges Delaselle botanic gardens for an enjoyable day out.
- Morlaix: The town of Morlaix is instantly recognizable by the huge viaduct in the centre, and its timber-fronted Pondalez houses with their unique architecture. Visit the Maison de la Duchesse Anne to admire the houses’ design from the inside.
- Boating: rent a kayak or stand-up paddle, or take to the waters to surf, windsurf or dive – find out more at the Carantec Nautisme boat club or the sailing school in Locquirec.
- Golf: Baie de Morlaix Golf club (3km), Pays de Morlaix et Roscoff Golf club (16km).
