It is located just a few kilometres from a fishing village and not far from Tarragona in Catalonia. 
Close your eyes and imagine a verdant, serene setting where the sea air blends with the lapping of the waves and the gentle rays of the sun.
Then, open your eyes back and discover this magnificent villa with swimming pool, located south of Spain's Costa Brava. This light-filled villa boasts large, well-kept outdoor spaces, spacious terraces and a large swimming pool with sea views.
The Costa Daurada Pool and Beach villa, nestled in a 1500m² garden overlooking the Mediterranean sea, offers top-quality amenities (air conditioning, Internet access, outdoor kitchen, private parking) in an elegantly decorated setting.
Its major asset is undoubtedly its proximity to the white sandy beach, just a few metres away, which you can reach on foot along the seafront.
Arranged over two levels, the house has a lift from the entrance for easy access to the garden level.
You'll arrive at a spacious, fully-equipped, top-of-the-range kitchen that opens onto a dining room overlooking a terrace shaded by olive trees. On the other side, you'll appreciate the large living room opening onto the terrace and garden, with the sea on the horizon.
The sober, aesthetic decor of the Costa Daurada Pool and Beach villa and the clean lines of the furniture augur a stay full of serene and warm moments.
Open the large bay windows and discover the magnificent covered terrace overlooking the garden and featuring an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and plancha for sharing convivial moments and enjoying the sea view.
Holidays can start! Soak up the sun on a sun lounger or enjoy the pool right at your feet. An outdoor shower is available.
From the house's various terraces, you can access the three bedrooms of this level, all with ensuite bathrooms, including a master bedroom with shower and bath.
Upstairs, another master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooks the pool and garden, offering 180° views of the Mediterranean sea. There is a second, smaller bedroom on this level as well. All rooms have air conditioning for cooler nights.
During your stay at the Costa Daurada Pool and Beach villa, head for the surrounding towns and villages, such as Amposta, l'Ametlla de Mar or the port of l'Ampolla and its town centre, where you can stroll along the quays and watch the fishing boats coming ashore. There are plenty of restaurants and tapas bars to choose from.
The many calas (small coves on the coast) of fine sand offer you moments of relaxation on the beach. For walkers, take the cliff path and explore the more intimate beaches and coves along the way.
The Ebro Delta Natural Park, just 20 kilometres from the villa, will amaze you with its magnificent colonies of pink flamingos and its varied flora and fauna. Don't forget to bring your binoculars to admire the rare species of bird found in this part of Spain (Glossy Ibis, Purple Gallinule, Spotted Crake and many others...)
Finally, you can discover the rich local cuisine and taste the famous Bomba rice paellas grown on the Isla de Buda.

The Costa Brava offers a variety of water sports activities all along the coast, including kitesurfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, diving and hire of boats without a licence.
For the sportiest travellers, head back inland for a mountain adventure, with a wide choice of activities to suit all tastes.
In the heart of Spain, at approximately 60 kilometres, visit the Serra de Llaberia, the Tivissa-Vandellòs mountains or the Els Ports natural park (80 km). All of these locations offer canyoning, rafting, hiking, mountain biking and horse riding to discover sumptuous panoramas and picturesque villages.
The Ebro, Spain's second-largest river, provides the sediment to form this delta, which is bursting with natural resources, offering breathtaking views and a wealth of bird and animal life.
The Ebro Delta Natural Park in Spain is one of the largest protected wetlands in Catalonia, covering almost 8,000 hectares. You can take the various walking routes to visit the lagoons of Bassa de las Olles or L'Encanyissada and La Tancada on foot or by bike, where cycle paths have been laid out.
Continue your journey to the Platja de la Marquesa, with its well-preserved dunes and imposing Fangar lighthouse, and the Platja del Trabucador.

The journey back in time begins with the well-preserved Roman amphitheater, or the Roman circus where horse races were held.
