Les Terrasses de Costa Blanca is the ultimate modern luxury villa. Situated between Alicante and Valencia, it’s as slick outside as it is inside, and comes with high-end facilities. Air conditioning, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi ensure a top-notch setting for your holiday in Spain.
Chic Villas has selected Les Terrasses de Costa Blanca for its ideal location and panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca coastline encompasses the Sierra de Bernia foothills, creating an idyllic setting above the sea and close to the mountains. A natural backdrop of blue and green hues that twinkle in the sun sets the stage for an uplifting getaway.
This property fits right in to the picture-perfect landscape. The stylish exterior has been designed to reflect its surroundings. The terrace on the main floor and the panoramic rooftop upstairs have been turned into sophisticated hanging gardens. Each level has its own purpose and the outdoor areas are living spaces in their own right, in the same way as the indoor rooms. And it’s just as well, as you’re likely to spend most of your time outside. From dawn till dusk, from breakfast to dinner, take your pick from the various dining areas at the front or back of the villa, overlooking the sea or the garden, on the terrace or on the panoramic rooftop. There is a space to suit every mood or weather fluctuation, all in utmost comfort. Whatever your whim, we’ve got it covered: choose from the panoramic rooftop, the sundeck, jacuzzi, refreshing pool, bar, the outdoor lounge under the shade of an arbour, or the lounge out in the sun and the sea breeze. There’s no need to compromise at this luxury villa! The panoramic rooftop features exotic plants and is a genuine garden. The terrace below, on the main floor, has a 10-metre swimming pool.
This single-storey villa has a U-shaped layout, so the living areas and three suites are all on the ground floor. The interior and exterior are barely distinguishable, with stylish design and excellent facilities throughout. The central part opens out onto the sea and the pool on one side, the garden on the other. A dining room and an open-plan kitchen are just a few steps from the living room below. The spaces are separated by a guardrail, giving the room a cruise ship deck feel. The decoration is low key and high quality. The lounge has a flat screen TV with satellite channels and speakers, tailored to guests’ comfort and convenience.
The sleeping areas are located in the two side wings of the villa.
On one side is the master suite, with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, sea and garden view, access to the terrace and swimming pool, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
On the other side are two modern and stylish suites. One leads out to a terrace and the pool, while the other overlooks the back garden and has a self-contained kitchen.
The villa’s surroundings are idyllic, with the sparkling blue of the Mediterranean Sea and the colourful villages of the Costa Blanca, and you are just two kilometres from all amenities and a choice of restaurants.
The stunning local beaches are less than five kilometres away. While there are a number of town centre beaches in the area, you’ll find more unspoilt ones if you venture a little further. The most secluded beaches can be a little tricky to get to, however the scenic landscape and the crystal-clear waters will reward your efforts.
Daily housekeeping from Monday to Friday and a concierge service are included in the rental cost.
A chef can also be brought in at an additional cost upon request.

Although you may not want to leave the facilities at your luxury villa, the entire Costa Blanca coast is the ultimate seaside destination. It boasts 250 kilometres of coastline with plenty to do: relax on the beach or get out onto the water for a spot of diving, jet-skiing, kite-surfing, windsurfing, kayaking or catamarans. You can do all these things at Greenwich-Campomanes marina, less than 10 kilometres away. The nearest beach is four kilometres away, and the further you venture, the wider the choice. Some of our favourites beaches include La Olla, Cap-Negret, Solsida, La Roda, and Mascarat. They are mostly pebble beaches. The Costa Blanca is better known for the excellent quality of its water than its sandy beaches. That doesn’t make it any less scenic – and in fact there’s a lot to be said for not having to deal with sand! All you need is the right equipment to enjoy them. You can always head a little further out though to discover the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca. We recommend the Granadella beach or the Arenal beach near Javea. And these day trips are a great opportunity to visit the some of the most picturesque villages of the Costa Blanca.
Altea La Vella, Villajoyosa, Benissa, Calpe, Moraira, and Javea are all lovely little villages that are definitely worth a visit. You’ll love the old towns, fabulous views, restaurants, tapas bars, shops and crafts. They are everything you imagine Spain to be and that you come here for: atmosphere and a laid-back lifestyle.
For a livelier vibe, head to Benidorm, famous for its nightlife, restaurants, nightclubs and buildings – it’s the Mediterranean’s answer to Dubai. However, Benidorm also offers daytime activities and beautiful sandy beaches, such as Levante and Poniente beaches. There are plenty of water parks and zoos to visit too. Try Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, or Mundomar.
The Costa Blanca is also a great golfing destination. There is the Badia golf course in Benidorm, or golf clubs in Altea and Don Cayo. Further afield is the Ifach golf club named after the 330-metre-high rock, the Penon of Ifach, which you can see from the terrace of your villa.
