This spacious holiday villa for ten people has a Spanish style exterior with arches and tiles typical of this sunny region, and is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. The large openings and airy layout create an inviting and uplifting feel. The renovated interior is modern and has been carefully designed to ensure a stylish and relaxing stay. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.
The main living area comprises an open-plan living room with a fireplace, kitchen and dining area with fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and the private swimming pool. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals made from fresh local produce to be enjoyed outside in the shade of the arcade.
The villa has five comfortable bedrooms, three of which have an en-suite bathroom.
The main suite leads straight out onto the terrace and the pool and has stunning views of the sea and mountains.
Two further bedrooms are located on the lower level in a separate apartment, which has one bathroom.
The large terrace offers an incredible setting with its shaded patio, lounge areas, outdoor dining area and barbecue. It also benefits from a pleasant sea breeze, which is welcome in the height of summer. Perfect for enjoying carefree quality time together!
The infinity pool follows the line of the coast as if suspended between sky and sea, and can be heated as an extra option.
Perhaps the most unique perk of this luxury villa is that it has its own mini-beach by the pool. No need to choose between the ease of staying by the pool or heading to the beach to enjoy the sand - it's all right here! Experience the magical sensation of being on the beach yet being above the sea, with total privacy guaranteed. And your options don’t stop there - a staircase leads straight down to the sea where you can take to the water on the stand-up paddle board provided.
Solo Mar Costa Blanca can comfortably accommodate two families or four couples.
Important: the pool at this villa does not have a security system as they are not required by Spanish law.

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its large sandy beaches such as those in Albir and Altea. Whether you prefer to laze around or go for long walks, you’ll be spoilt for choice. The crystal-clear waters here are also fantastic. Swim, dive or sail your days away!
There is a diving club just one kilometre from the villa and a sailing club three kilometre away.
If you fancy venturing out from your villa, we recommend heading to Sierra de Bernia, a small mountain range that runs perpendicular to the Mediterranean Sea for 11 kilometres. It peaks at over 1,100 metres above the sea and has breathtaking views, especially from the Bernia fort. The walking trail is about nine kilometre and takes four hours. It requires a basic level of fitness and is not recommended for small children.
Closer to the villa, this time heading south, is the Serra Gelada Natural Park (by its Valencian name - it's also known as Sierra Heleda in Spanish) which covers both land and sea. The relief plunges into the sea, providing offering numerous viewpoints. This is a nature lover’s playground, with a whole host of activities on offer: choose from sailing, kayaking, paddling, hiking or cycling.
There are also a range of golf and tennis facilities on the Costa Blanca.
The local villages of Altea la Vella, Calpe, La Vila Joiosa, Benissa and their old towns are a delight to discover.
The city of Alicante is 50 kilometre from the villa and is worth a visit for its architecture, museums and religious monuments. Stroll around and soak in the Spanish culture, taking in the beautiful Santa Cruz district at the foot of the Santa Barbara castle, the Sante Maria basilica and Saint Nicolas cathedral. The harbour is lovely to walk around. Alicante is a lively town with a buzzing atmosphere and lots of nightlife.
There are lots of festivals held in the region, such as the Moros y Cristianos festival and the Alfaz del Pi film festival in Albir. Art is a big part of the identity of the Costa Blanca and is displayed in the many art galleries in Altea.
