One of the best things about Beach Paradise Côte d’Azur is its location. This luxury holiday property is surrounded by greenery, has easy access to the beach and is less than 3km from La Croix Valmer. It has four bedrooms and can sleep eight guests. Come with friends for a fabulous holiday in the sun!
ChicVillas has selected this gem of a property for your holiday on the French Riviera.
This luxury villa is a stone’s throw from a beach near the Saint-Tropez headland (400 metres to be exact), set on a gated complex. A private path leads down to a secluded cove that’s hard to reach unless you’re staying in the complex. Consequently, it’s a quiet spot away from the crowds – and that’s no mean feat in the summer months!
There are plenty of other beaches in the area too. There are two to the east: Sylvabelle and Gigaro beaches are within two kilometres, so they’re easy to walk or cycle to. And to the west are the beaches in Cavalaire. Along with clear water and stretches of sand, you’ll also be spoilt for choice with the seafront restaurants the region is famed for.
Back at the villa, the shaded garden provides total privacy, flanked by the pine trees and green oaks that run alongside the coast. Relax in peace on the sunbeds around the pool, or head down to the beach depending on your mood and the time of day. The splendour of the Côte d'Azur is at your fingertips, providing an idyllic backdrop of greens and blues.
This is a traditional South of France home, designed for the sunny climes. Authentic stone walls, window shutters and Mediterranean trees provide shade, and the three-storey villa is air-conditioned throughout.
The main living area is on the middle level of the home and leads out to the garden. Plush sofas in the spacious 50m² living room are an invitation to wind down and seek out a glimpse of the sea through the greenery. There is also a TV lounge with satellite television on the lower floor.
A sliding door connects the main living room to the kitchen and can be opened up or closed off as you prefer. The kitchen has a round dining table for six to eight people and a large fridge, and leads through to a pantry and a utility room.
The main dining room is outside under a tiled veranda. The living space extends out into the covered patio which is ideal for mealtimes together. Life here happens outdoors and eating is taken seriously – and is usually a leisurely affair!
All four bedrooms are large and inviting and have their own en-suite bathroom.
The main bedroom is on the top floor. It has a bathroom with a bath and a shower and a sea view from the private terrace outside. There are two bedrooms on the middle floor at garden level, and the fourth bedroom is on the lower floor on the same level as the swimming pool and the TV lounge. All the bedrooms have twin beds that can be joined to make a double, so can be arranged for adults or for children to suit your needs.
Three hours of housekeeping are provided at the villa every day; however, this is not included in the rental price and must be paid on site.
Beach Paradise Côte d'Azur can comfortably accommodate two families or four couples.

Beach Paradise Côte d'Azur is extremely well placed on the Mediterranean coast. Set between the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Bay of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, this is where the jet-set flock to. But there’s much more on offer too.
French seaside towns synonymous with sunshine and glamour!
Idyllic beaches, private clubs, luxury boutiques and millionaires’ yachts are everywhere you look in this haven of high-end destinations. And it’s no surprise – with great weather and stunning landscapes, the Côte d'Azur has all the ingredients for a leisurely luxury getaway.
Whether you prefer the bustling high-profile beaches or secluded romantic creeks near the villa, you’ll have plenty to choose from. Some of the most well-known are Pampelonne beach in Ramatuelle, Tahiti beach, Les Canoubiers, and Bouillabaisse beach in Saint-Tropez. Hit the water with a jet-ski, stand up paddle, waterski, wakeboard, windsurf, or catamaran, or just like back and soak up the rays on a sunbed at a private beach.
The La Croix Valmer sailing club is two kilometres down the road.
Golfers can meet up at the Saint-Tropez, Le Beauvallon, or Grimaud golfing clubs.
The spectacular village of Port-Grimaud built on water is delightful to explore on foot or by boat.
And then of course, there’s Saint-Tropez: stroll around the harbour, the narrow streets, the Place des Lices and the Notre Dame church and citadel.
Walkers are in for a treat, too. The coastal path through the Saint-Tropez parks is a beautiful two-hour walk over nine kilometres, from Les Canoubiers beach to Les Salins beach.
Venture beyond the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to visit the other iconic towns dotted along the coast until you reach Italy, 150km further along.
Explore a succession of bays (Fréjus, La Napoule, Golfe Juan) and headlands (Estérel, Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat), where prestigious resorts alternate with picturesque hilltop villages such as Eze. There are beautiful landscapes and places to visit at every turn. Take a boat over to the Iles de Lérins, yacht watch in billionaires bay, meander round the old town of Nice, then choose whether to take the low, middle or high coast road from Nice to Monaco, never losing sight of the sea.
The Mediterranean diet is known to be one of the healthiest ways of eating. The delicious local dishes are made with an abundance of fresh fruit and veg and olive oil, with flavoursome herbs adding fragrance and flavour throughout: Provencal herbs include thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano, fennel and sage to name but a few.
Savoury musts include aioli, bouillabaisse, ratatouille, tapenade, and anchoïade, while the Tarte Tropézienne cream-filled sponge cake is simply divine.
No visit to France is complete without savouring the local wines. Less well-known than some of the other wine regions, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez produces a delicious pale and dry rosé wine that comes under the appellation AOC Côtes de Provence. We recommend visiting the nearby vineyards in La Croix Valmer, Gassin, Grimaud, Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez.
