Saint-Tropez Mer ou Jardin is a charming villa with a pool on the Côte d'Azur for up to six people. You'll be stay 900 meters from the beach, three kilometers from the center of Saint-Tropez and five kilometres from the famous Pampelonne beach. This property is ideally located for seaside vacations in the Mediterranean. A popular destination both in summer and mid-season, you'll be perfectly situated to spend a holiday with family or friends and enjoy this highly popular region, while avoiding the long commutes and inconvenience of heavy traffic in high season.
A well-known beach is just a ten-minute walk away. On the other hand, the beaches of Tahiti and Pampelonne are about five kilometers away. You're right on the doorstep of the most beautiful beaches in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
You enter the villa through an elegantly furnished living room with white sofas that light up the room. Beautiful bay windows let in the sun and light and give access to the garden.
You'll also find a large kitchen with beautiful worktops, a cooking piano and optimal equipment for preparing your meals. The adjacent dining room can accommodate up to eight people around the table. From here, you'll be able to take in the lush greenery thanks to the arched windows typical of the Côte d'Azur.
The villa Saint-Tropez Mer ou Jardin offers three double bedrooms.
One is on the first floor. The other two are upstairs, including a very pleasant suite bathed in sunlight...
In the garden, you can enjoy the secure, heated swimming pool (optional). Various spaces are arranged in the heart of a wooded garden. A lounge sheltered by stretched sails, a summer dining room under the wisteria-covered pergola, a bar area, a barbecue area perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings - there's an atmosphere for every moment of the day. In the hottest hours, before or after the beach, your rental will be an oasis of cool. It's a typical southern villa that lets you fully savor the art of living in the South of France, at any time of day.
Tennis players will be delighted. A tennis club is located at the rear of the garden. A few balls will be heard, to be taken into consideration for the less amateur...
Shops are just a few hundred meters away. Bakery for morning croissants, butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger - everything is within easy reach, a priceless luxury in this region.
The villa is rented with a three-hour cleaning service three times a week, payable separately on site (20€ per hour).

Saint-Tropez is internationally renowned. It has been a myth since the 50s with Brigitte Bardot year... Even today, it's a haven for many jet-setting personalities. But Saint-Tropez also has an authentic face worth to disover.
At the port, two kilometres from the villa, you can stroll along and discover the colorful facades, admire the sumptuous sailboats and yachts moored on the quays. You'll catch a glimpse of the famous bell tower and colorful architecture of the Church of Notre Dame de l'Assomption. Take a stroll around Place des Lices, where the market is held several days a week, and sample Côte d'Azur flavors such as Tarte tropézienne, made with cream, brioche and sprinkled with grains of sugar. You can also watch the art of pétanque! The Citadelle has crowned the town for over 400 years, and the keep houses the Maritime History Museum. At the foot of the ramparts, you'll discover a superb panorama of the Bay of Saint-Tropez. For lazy days on the sand, the famous beaches of La Bouillabaisse, Tahiti and Pampelonne are very close to your vacation rental. They offer clear waters and soft sand. Whether private or public, you'll find plenty of restaurants and water sports activities.
A little further along the coast, the Sentier des Douaniers offers a beautiful walk between turquoise coves and white sandy beaches to Cap Camarat, just below Ramatuelle.
The Saint-Tropez golf course is less than ten kilometres away.
