ChicVillas brings you the latest addition to our collection of luxury holiday villas in France – a beautiful stone cottage in Provence!
Esprit Saint-Rémy is a beautiful luxury property to rent for your holiday in the South of France. It offers quiet luxury at its finest: ease and elegance in the form of rural simplicity. From the picturesque garden to the crisp, plumped pillows, everything here is designed to soothe your mind and lift your spirits.
Provence has a signature lifestyle of its own, and this five-bedroom property ticks all the boxes: warm stone walls, natural hues and artistic elegance emanate throughout, down to the very last detail.
You’ll love all 3,500 m² of the huge garden dotted with olive and cypress trees and fragrant lavender plants. Trade your watch for the sun and spend days cooling down in the pool and enjoying leisurely lunches in the shade. The pool is salt-treated and heated in mid-season – perfect for spring and autumn stays. The pool house has a summer kitchen with a plancha and charcoal barbecue and a lovely outdoor lounge with large sofas. A jacuzzi and outdoor shower add the final touch for luxury Provencal living.
The same stylish sophistication features throughout the villa. The natural materials of the original stone building are reflected inside with wood, marble and natural shades. This property is what the French call a bastide – a step up from a farmhouse mas, it’s a country house with large rectangular windows that let the light and warmth of the sun flood in. The stone walls keep it cool in summer and all the bedrooms are air conditioned to ensure a good night’s sleep.
The rooms are spacious and stylish, and high-end furnishings and facilities combine simplicity with style. Cream and beige shades are punctuated with an olive green wall as a nod to the local region. An open-plan kitchen, living and dining area makes it easy for friends and families to cook and relax together in pleasant surroundings.
This luxury villa has five bright and spacious bedrooms: four in the main house – a parental suite on the ground floor and three en-suite doubles upstairs – and the fifth located separately in the pool house. The fifth bedroom is a nice touch for guests who appreciate their independence!
This luxury cottage in Provence can comfortably accommodate two families or four couples.
Bicycles are provided at the villa, which are ideal for cycling to the nearest village less than three kilometres down the road.
