A charming traditional exterior gives way to a resolutely modern interior. The villa has recently been renovated and has spacious, light-filled rooms designed for spending quality time with friends and family. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this 250m² property makes the ideal getaway.
Aiguablava beach is just four kilometres down the road from your Spanish holiday villa, and it’s a great spot to enjoy the Costa Brava’s promise of sun and sea. The villa is also within easy reach of several picturesque local villages – shops and restaurants are available in nearby Begur, and neighbouring Tamariu is a lovely place for a stroll. Walkers will enjoy the scenic routes along the Costa Brava coastal path Cami de la Rona, while golfers can head to Pals, and the whole family is sure to enjoy the array of water sports available throughout the region.
This villa can comfortably accommodate up to two families.

Two weeks stay / August 2019 / "The villa offers many advantages. The lnterior layout and design are very simple and volontary sober, well maintained and perfect for a holiday lifestyle. The outdoors are perfect as well with stunning views on the sea and the hills, the immaculate garden and pool. The location is very good, close to the village for daily shopping, in a quiet residentiel area among beautiful villas. We were even able to go the the beach walking up upon the country within 30 minutes. To conclude, we were very satisfied with this rental and we enjoyed the two weeks we spent in this region. We also would like to say that the local agent welcomed us very warmly and was very helpful."
