Provence Luxury Haven - Luxury rental property in Provence

Boasting an impressive 450 m² of floor space and a woodland setting, Provence Luxury Haven promises an idyllic getaway in the South of France.

This recently built property has been designed to blend into the scenic countryside estate around it, in terms of both interior and outdoor appearance.

A fabulous property with spacious living areas

This gorgeous luxury property is everything you’d expect a traditional Provencal farmhouse to be, with all the character of a French country home. The only give away that was it built recently is its first-class facilities.

The spacious living areas on the ground floor create a feeling of ease and relaxation.

A 100 m² double living room with a peaked roof and exposed wooden beams is ideal for gatherings. It is split into two sections; on one side a cosy seating area with a fireplace, on the other large bookshelves and a TV lounge. Artwork reminiscent of scenery painted by Paul Cézanne adds a decidedly Provencal touch, while large square-pane French doors open out onto the terrace and garden.

The spacious kitchen oozes the inimitable rustic chic style so typical of Provence and is fitted with a Lacanche range cooker and high-end appliances. It is perfect for easy kitchen dining, with a long table with seating for 12 guests.

Also on the ground floor are four suites, including a luxurious master suite with an en-suite bathroom and claw-footed bathtub. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, TV and safe and open onto the terrace or the garden, letting the light flood in throughout the day. The subtle sophistication of Provencal style features throughout.

A Provençal pool house and a stylish outdoor kitchen

Life in Provence is all about the outdoors, and this luxury villa is designed to make the most of it. A magnificent stone pool house and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, plancha, American fridge and a dishwasher make al fresco living a dream. This villa has been designed for the sunny Provencal climate. From morning coffee to sundowners at dusk, Provence Luxury Haven has the perfect spot to enjoy it in style. When the midday heat gets too much, you can retreat into the shade and enjoy lazy lunches against a beautiful backdrop, and the same in the evening under the starry sky, lulled by the sounds of crickets. As an additional touch of luxury, you have your very own heated pool, which is a rare find in the South of France.

Five-star hotel facilities and services

The luxury facilities at the villa are great in themselves, however at Provence Luxury Haven, it doesn't stop there! Guests also enjoy access to services at the nearby five-star hotel. The hotel is a 15-minute walk along a small and windy road through the forest and vineyards, or guests can use a club car. These services include:

Daily housekeeping, included in the rental price.

A concierge service at the hotel reception.

Spa access: guests can book a two-hour time slot for free to use the premium facilities including a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and an indoor pool. Beauty treatments are also available at an extra charge.

A gym, which can be accessed at any time.

Tennis court: guests can book a court at reception and the equipment is provided. This is included in the rental cost.

There are other paid activities available such as yoga, cookery classes, or a private chef.

The hotel has three restaurants, one of which has a Michelin star, and a bar where guests can unwind and enjoy the balmy Provence evenings.

Bicycles can be hired to explore the estate’s 100 kilometres of trails.

Last but not least, as the property is located on a wine estate, wine tasting sessions can be booked at an extra cost.

This luxury air-conditioned property can comfortably accommodate three families or six couples.

Luxury family holiday in France, things to see and do nearby:

This property is in the heart of the Var region, where the greenery of inland hills meets the Mediterranean coast.

These are our recommendations for the best villages, beaches and other gems to visit.

Nearby villages

Provence Luxury Haven is close to many beautiful inland villages. We recommend visiting Lorgues, Flayosc, Tourtour, Villecroze, Salernes, Aups, and Sillans la Cascade. Admire the old city walls, chapels, fountains, village squares, narrow streets and arched passages. This is picture-perfect Provence!

There are two abbeys within 20 kilometres of the property: Florièyes Abbey and Tholonet Abbey.

The olive oil mill in Flayosquet is worth a visit to find out how the inimitable local olive oil is made.

Head to Entrecasteaux to visit the castle.

One of the best Provençal markets is in Arcs-sur-Argens, 20 kilometres away. Definitely not to be missed.

Finally, drive over to the colourful town of Draguignan whose mediaeval past remains a strong part of its character: old houses, religious buildings, the remains of its city walls, and its clock tower. Find out about life there in times gone by at the Musée des Arts et Traditions Populaires.

Head to the Mediterranean Sea

The most famous spots on the Côte d'Azur are just 50 kilometres down the road. Visit the legendary Riviera resorts such Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Raphael and Fréjus. Follow the coast road to Nice and further if you fancy, taking in seaside towns, beaches and fishing ports along the way Alternatively, head inland towards the picturesque hilltop villages like Les Adrets-de-l’Esterel to escape the bustle of the beaches.

Taste the fabulous food and wines of Provence

Heading down to the Mediterranean coast provides the perfect opportunity to taste the local fish dishes: aioli and bouillabaisse, before driving on to Saint-Tropez for a slice of Tarte Tropézienne.

Venturing inland, savour the flavour of aubergine caviar, ratatouille, pistou soupe, green or black tapenade (an olive spread), daube Provençale (a type of stew), made with wholesome local ingredients.

Provence has made a name for itself among the best wine regions, and Provence Luxury Haven is located on a wine estate that produces AOC Côtes de Provence wines, and the château offers a range of tasting experiences. Ask at the hotel reception to find out more details and to book.
