If you’re looking for a property with something a little bit special, then Miramar Sa Riera is sure to fit the bill! Its rustic stone-built turret is instantly appealing. Outside, the villa has a swimming pool flanked by a wooden deck which leads to an outdoor dining area before reaching the house. Set on the hillside, the villa has stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea which can be enjoyed both inside and out, with extensive glass panelling in the living room and bedrooms. Downstairs, a spacious double living room with a fireplace provides plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing. Two separate sleeping areas provide guests with privacy and independence, making it ideal for groups of family and friends. Moving past the cosy loveseat that hugs the circular turret walls and heading upstairs, guests will feel at home in the bright and spacious bedrooms. 

Beaches and restaurants nearby on the Costa Brava

Although the property enjoys a quiet hillside location, Sa Riera beach is just a short walk down a 400-stair pathway. The nearest village with shops and restaurants is three kilometrs from the villa, and Aiguafreda beach – reputed on the Costa Brava for its natural surroundings and crystal-clear waters – is also close by. There are many other beaches in the vicinity and some great spots for water sports and scuba diving, while the town of Pals a little further north has a golf course. And last but certainly not least, you won’t want to miss the beautiful Costa Brava villages such as Begur, Tamariu, Llafranc and Palafrugell.

This villa can comfortably accommodate two families or three couples.
