Located in a peaceful setting between the Gulf of Morbihan and ocean beaches, the "Plage ou Golfe" villa offers all modern conveniences. Behind the traditional architecture of its exterior, this recent villa hides a very pleasant interior, featuring a high quality decorative scheme with a "design" feel to it, including: a suite, a pleasant living area with fireplace, stylish kitchen with piano and butcher’s block, continuing outside with a pergola.
Nothing has been forgotten. This south-facing holiday home looks out onto an attractive garden with a heated swimming pool.
Ideally positioned 2.5 kilometres from the sandy beaches and the ocean, and 3 kilometres from the village, the villa Plage ou Golfe villa is a great place from which to head off and discover the many tourist attractions of the Gulf of Morbihan and of Vannes, without forgetting the superb golf course nearby alongside the beach.
This villa can comfortably accommodate two couples with children.

July 2022 / Two-week stay : "The Villa Plage ou Golf was a beautiful property with all that we could have wished for. The owners were very helpful and the cleanliness was of the highest standard. The kitchen, dining facilitiies and BBQ were all we needed. All of the rooms were as shown and the main bedroom was beautiful. The decor was very interesting and entertaining. The wifi and tv were perfect for all. the swimming pool was clean and ideal for such hot weather as was the decor for the stunning garden. We highly recommend this villa."
