The ground floor of the main residence has a fabulous living room with a fireplace and large picture windows. To the left, it opens onto a French country chic kitchen with a dining table for 10.
The first floor has two large and bright double bedrooms that share a bathroom.
Upstairs again, is a vast 30 m² master suite with a balcony. Step outside to enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the racecourse!
As well as the main house, a separate annexe provides space for a family, or four guests. There are four tables between the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and the dining room, and a TV lounge that opens out onto the garden. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with bath and shower.
Ambiance Deauville can comfortably accommodate two families with children and teenagers or three couples.

Family holiday in Deauville
- Deauville beach and boardwalk: known as the Parisian Riviera, Deauville is legendary for its annual American film festival. Its iconic beach is instantly recognisable with its 450 colourful parasols and the 450 cabins that line Les Planches, the 634m wooden boardwalk that stretches the length of the cabins and is lined with little fences featuring the names of Hollywood stars. Walk the boards, take some photogenic snaps then relax on the beach or enjoy a leisurely drink at a beachfront café.
- Golf and seawater spas: golfers are in for a treat; the Deauville region is home to reputed courses, such as the Golf Barrière Deauville. And if golf isn't your thing, how about a seawater spa? Visit the picturesque town of Honfleur. Stroll round the harbour and through the quaint narrow streets to admire houses with half-timbered fronts. Visit one of the many museums to learn about the town’s interesting past. Art lovers can head to the Eugène Boudin art museum, which exhibits works by famous painters such as Claude Monet. Finish up at the harbour, Le Vieux Bassin, right in the centre of Honfleur. Sit outside a restaurant, order a platter of local seafood and while away the time watching the world go by.
Normandy is an important historic site and played a defining role in WWII. Visit the five beaches where the D-Day landings took place on 6 June 1944. The beaches stretch over 70 kilometres of coastline: Utah Beach, Omaha Beach, Gold Beach, Juno Beach and Sword Beach. Sword Beach is the closest and is a one-hour drive from Deauville.
The Mémorial de Caen is a war museum in Caen that retraces the important historic events of the 20th century. It tells the story of the Second World War, the Normandy landings and the Cold War in an informative and immersive style.
